SKIN CARE PRODUCTS

On matters of makeup application, finding a pattern that works well for a particular skin is challenging. It is significant to prepare the skin through moisturizing, cleansing, and toning, though finding effective products could be difficult. Various ingredients, especially the oil-based ingredients could increase the levels of skin oils (Brett, A., et al. 2003). The application of makeup to the skin that has not gone through a proper cleansing may lead to unappealing oily glow, which may cause the skin to fade or smudge. Because of the difficulties of maintaining an oily skin to be attractive, it is significant to keep up with certain essential steps as one learns the process of preparing the skin for cleansing.

Consequently, a person must buy skin-cleansing products such as moisturizer, toner, and makeup that does not contain any oil or formulas, which are particularly for oily products. Similarly, a person must clean the skin thoroughly and gently every morning with the use of oily skin cleansers before they apply any makeup. As per Millikan, L. 2001, they must blot their face with a gentle and soft towel to get rid of extra water. Additionally, a person must splash the toner in the face after cleansing and hold on for about five minutes without makeup application. Then, they apply the moisturizer, which, if oil-free before the makeup application and rub it in their skin gently until it vanishes. They should only apply the makeup, which looks good for oily skin if they have oily skins. However, they must remove the makeup before bedtime through the repletion of their cleansing routine. They should then wipe their face with a witch hazel that looks like an astringent to control the oil. Finally, the person should a dermatologist in the event their skin worsens. The dermatologists can provide expert medical advice to resuscitate the skin (Begoun, P. 2003).

Great workplace policies should be precise. Similarly, such policies would plainly state the person to whom the policies apply. Such policies should in a language the audience understand. However, workplaces with people from different ethnicities and only understand their language, must translate the policies for their employees. Ultimately, any of good policies should accord the employer discretion to implement the policy and the essence of such discretion as part of the policy.

The best way of time management is to ensure that one completes one task at a time. It would allow an individual to achieve better outcomes and gratification as the entire concentration would focus on the completion of the job. That is to say, the person should focus on concentrating on one task and evade distractions to complete the job efficiently.

It is critical to follow the instructions by manufacturers for personal safety and protect their purchases or products. Most instructions are in the form of caution, and others instruct users on how to apply the product (Burlando, B., et al. 2010). For example, warning instructions caution the individual and reveal the impending hazard in case they violate the directions. In other words, manufacturers’ instructions guide the users on the correct ways to apply or assembly the product. In case the user fails to adhere to the directions, such person voids the warranty, which is an attachment to the product, and manufacturers would not take responsibility due to the failure of the user to follow instructions (Reshetnikov, S., et al. 2000).

Most people have nice skins, and they do nothing to maintain such skins. Most of the people inherit the good skins they have, as such, they do little to maintain the skin because it does not require a lot. Consequently, those who have relatively demanding skins must develop a routine skin care to maintain their skins. That is to say, good skin care routine begins with a good cleanser (Winter, R. 2005).

Cleansers play a vital role in the skin health through making the skin appear newer. In addition to having a proper personal hygiene, effective cleansing guarantees maximum performance from other products for the skin care. For example, skin cleansing gives moisturizers and treatment products a naked skin palette proceeds, which allows them to be more effective through deep penetration. Equally, cleansing the skin in the morning allows a fresh face for the application of makeup, as well. However, as much as cleansing allows all the above, it is not prudent to over clean.

It is imperative that producers demonstrate the homecare advice and how to use their products. It is because most skin care products comprise of chemical that could burn a person’s skin and cause health problem if such person does not use the products appropriately.

Similarly, OHS offers the best environmental, health, and safety consultancy. In case one does not understand how to use a skin care, or the best skin care product for their skin, and then they can seek advice form OHS.

It is important to know about skin anatomy and physiology because there are various skin types, if an individual knows a skin type then it would be imperative for one to know how to treat the skin. Similarly, the person will know the best oils and cleansers to use for the skin.

Certain chemicals are detrimental to the environment and could harm the users and non-users. Therefore, it is critical that they dispose of the containers after use. However, the users of such chemicals, or the skin caretakers, should wear protective gloves and masks in the treatment room.

The manufacturers must avoid any term contradictions because it could lead to misinterpretation and the user may apply the product wrongly and cause heinous repercussions.
