I have gone through your post and I have to appreciate the meticulousness and thoroughness with which you conducted all the three steps of THIRA. Regarding the development of a list of hazards and threats, you did a great job of identifying and categorizing the hazards into natural, human-caused, and technological hazards. As regards the categorization of threats, I have accessed the links to the sources of information you have included in the post and confirmed that you provided accurate figures for the probability of magnitudes and probability thresholds of some of the threats you identified, particularly earthquakes. Thank you for presenting such enlightening facts concisely.
