In the article, Why we crave Horror Movies, the author Stephen King brings out some unique points of view regarding life. The author first notes that the existing difference between mentally ill persons in asylum hospitals and those open in society; is that the hospital patients do not try to hide the mental illness. King continues to indicate the various behaviors that indicate the notion that everyone is mentally ill to some extent (King 1). For instance, there are several instances that people will speak to themselves in the absence of the public as well as crunch their visages. There are also obvious phobias that present in the public such as the fear of reptile snakes, the mass darkness added to the fear of tight spaces. Death is also another critical fear that presents among the majority public (King 1).
