Nursing is an extremely demanding job that entails taking care of not only the sick, but also their families and the community to improve on their lives, in an approach that is distinct from that of the doctors. Most nurses offer the care of a physician, however, some nurses have undergone more training in specialized treatment, and currently nurses are of a conglomerate of variants depending on their level of education or expertise (Ferguson, 2006).
