One of the greatest determiners of a company’s growth is its internal factors like managerial expertise, employee satisfaction, and good decisions making by the management. Amazon has over the years made huge progress in improving its internal working environment like increasing employee salaries, training, and enhanced and strong decisions making. To add on this, amazon has effectively studies the market that gives it a competitive advantage over its rivals like Walmart. Employee satisfaction goes a long way in determining how best the workers perform and thus the level of employee satisfaction. The company has attained a high level of customer satisfaction ranking that is due to its effective workforce. In addition, Amazon has increased its market leverage by adopting cutting edge technology aimed at improving its work quality and speed. The company is ranked as one of the fastest growing firms worldwide in terms of technology adoption in its operations. Amazon is a U.S based e-commerce company that has a global market reach. The company has managed to grow its revenue base and rank top five in the U.S. according to Forbes. One of the key strengths of Amazon is its wide market and the broad revenue base. The company has grown in size mainly in its market share that enables it generate billions of dollars in revenues and profits annually.
Over the years, Amazon has attained a great value in the global market with a broad customer base and expanding outlets for its goods and services. The 2020 economic data showed that Amazon has managed to make a steady 15% growth in market share every year. Thus approach has boosted the company’s image and growth both locally and internationally. Still the value of the company continues to grow with many of the firm’s markets expanding. MethodologyMethodThis research will employ primary data sources that will utilize survey as the primary data collection method. The researcher will prepare and administer survey questions that will be well organized summarized and presented in the right manner. The reason for using primary data sources is that the response will be a true reflection of the data and information needed. Secondly, the researcher will also be able to interact with the participants thus gather additional information when collecting the survey papers. Surveys are easy to prepare and administer as the questions papers can be photocopied to match the number of participants. Additional copes will be made and kept ready in case the participants make any errors in the filling process. To add on this, the participants will be able to ask additional questions when filling the survey questions (Sadq et al., 2018). A survey questionnaire can be prepared with specific and essential questions. Then survey can be filled by a target population of choice. It will provide honest feedback and responses from consumers. It will allow discussion on the responses from participants and evaluate outcomes from responses will benefit in making conclusions. The additional clarifications will ensure that errors are reduced or avoided thus boosting the credibility ad viability of the data.

The surveys will be used to gather data from the willing participants thus play a key role in this research. ParticipantsThis research will gather data using survey from Amazon employees and the management team. The choice of the participants was inspired by the set of data that seeks to be gathered and analyzed in understanding and making deductions on the research topic. The choice of the participants will be based on their ability to understand and respond to the survey questions. The survey will have a set of questions that will fall under four major categories. One of the main considerations when selecting the participants is their occupation level or frank in Amazon that will help in deducing the right responses as per each set of questions. Therefore will be 65 participants who will be selected through sampling method to ensure balance and unbiased study.
The sampling method is suitable when selecting the participants and this will go far in creating an unbiased research. Random sampling method will be used to ensure that the survey responses reflect a general view of the company in reference to the topic being studied. Still, random sampling method will be used in selecting the participants. The study population will be made of 350 employees who will be randomly selected and a final sample of 65 used for the survey. The participants will be notified on the reasons for the research and asked to participate voluntarily. The researcher will also take the participants through the survey questions before the real filling of the questions starts. This will ensure that the participants understand every question thus avoid errors in the data collection process.
Research DesignDescriptive research is one of the most effective approaches as it ensures accuracy and easy method of data collection and analysis. One of the major reasons for using descriptive research is that it will enhance a speedy data collection method thus save on time and money. Through surveys, descriptive research ensures that the set questions reflect the research outline and thus all areas will be covered. The descriptive research also creates the right flow when gathering data thus producing the right results. Data gathered through descriptive research has a high accuracy level and thus margin errors are kept at minimum. To add on this, using descriptive research will go align way in ensuring that the researcher can cross check the data at every stage thus minimizing cumulative errors in the analysis. More to this is the ability of the researcher to prepare and administer the survey questions with ease because descriptive research provides the right avenue for this process. In line with the many benefits that come with descriptive research, the credibility of the data is paramount. The research data will therefore be reliable and credible for analysis. This will boost the researcher’s ability to combine the data and make the right deductions after analysis.

Employee training and good working conditions goes far in boosting performance and thus improving a company’s growth.
