Based on course readings from this week, assess the threat of a nuclear attack; analyze the means by which non-state actor could acquire a nuclear weapon or device; and hypothesize if a nuclear attack is more likely to be conducted by a nation state or non-state actor.When you choose a specific non-state actor or nation state, identify the organization or country most likely to use the weapon and explain why.
NOTE: the last portion of this forum is a position stance piece – you cannot select both – you need to pick a position and defend it (there is no right or wrong answer).
