It is essential to understand the importance of resolving the issue because this will help the organization achieve the patient outcome and also how to make he change (Jackson et l., 2019). This presentation is an approach that is used to create awareness through learning, provide feedback, and understanding your roles as nurses and practice new skills to help resolve the issue of wrong drug admission and prescription.

It becomes hard for professional to be trusted by other healthcare organization when their past workplace was not effective. resolving the issue will help the organization improve patient safety and this will help achieve the patient outcome. The change will help the organization to deliver quality services that will help reduce the health care cost that has been an issue in most healthcare settings in United States. Lastly, at the end of this training it is expected that you will be in a ready to resolve the issue effectively.
