Survey Design and 10- survey questions to collect data about ( questions developed from health belief concepts and tai chi)perceptions and knowledge of Tai Chi. Convenience sampling of older African Americans from local church. Intervention will be a survey questionnaire about Tai Chi benefits and knowledge about exercise recommendations for time, frequency, and muscle strengthen, as recommended by the 2008 Physical Activity Guidelines.
