Family Assessment Paper. Construct a genogram of your family (it should be 3 generations), with a key representing the signs on the genogram.
Explain or analyze the information presented on the genogram, and proceed to do an assessment of your family which is represented in the genogram.
This is a paper and should have an introduction, body, and conclusion (APA format, about 3-4 pages).
There is no rubric for this paper, but I’ll appreciate if knowledge from other family assessment examples for Community Health Nursing can be used to write this paper.
