2. Complete the checklist for all areas of the home based on your current residence (the entire checklist) by answering all of the Yes/No Questions in the Checklist.
3. Read all the recommendations in the checklist. Write a 1 page paragraph describing the safety of your home for a senior and any specific changes you would need to make more safe.
4. Submit your 1 page paragraph describing the safety of your home for a senior as a Word Document to the BlackBoard link provided.
