in this HM my unhealthy Behavior that im gonna talk about is “Phone usage” i use my phone a lot like every time and i worked to change this behavior, and i succeed. my goal was to reduce the amount of using my phone to 4 hours and half a day, and avoiding the problem of using the phone too much. i used an APP called Moment to track my Behavior Modification. it was easy in the beginning, but since i get used to the app it got hard also i had some setbacks such as i had sometimes a notifications from the app that i am above my daily goal, but in the end i succeed. and that changed a lot such as i had more time for doing some exercise, visiting friends, also having a good amount of sleeping, and other things ( you can name anything you think it would good).
* i uploaded the rubrics of the HM also i uploaded pics from Moment APP to post in the papers and talk about it. the concept itself should be 2 pages without the pics.
