Submit your proposed strategic plan issue for Instructor approval using the Strategic Plan Issue Template provided in this week’s Learning Resources.

A purpose statement announces the purpose, scope, and direction of the paper. It tells the reader what to expect in a paper and what the specific focus will be. Common beginnings include: “This paper examines . . .,” “The aim of this paper is to . . .,” and “The purpose of this essay is to . . .”
At least three (3) Level 1 Headings (Level 1 headings are centered on the page and are bolded).
One of your Level 1 headings should be titled “Conclusion”.
